Those of us that work around horses know the good the bad and the ugly. As I write this email, I am waiting myself to hear if one of my mares will be put down due to a high fever that they cannot get under control. However, no matter what the night brings, come morning, I will be back in the barn because there is no sound so sweet as that nicker in the morning down the shed row-no sight so warm as those big brown eyes.
